CANADEAN'S INTERNATIONAL SOFT DRINKS CONFERENCE

New Pressures, New Solutions: Innovating for a Sustainable and Profitable Future

Wednesday 28th May 2008 SHERATON LISBOA HOTEL AND SPA, LISBON

A new set of pressures has emerged to challenge the global beverage industry. Driven by rising demand from new economic giants such as China and India, energy and raw materials price hikes threaten profitability. These pressures, along with increased environmental awareness plus the growing consumer trend for health and wellness, act as a catalyst for innovation, as producers seek solutions that deliver sustainable and profitable businesses.

Canadean’s 13th International Soft Drinks Conference seeks to provide delegates with a stimulating set of discussions on the theme of innovation - for sustainability and profitability. Held in conjunction with UNESDA’s annual meetings and General Assembly in Lisbon, this conference offers you the opportunity to debate and discuss these key issues with other industry leaders and experts.

Canadean’s International Soft Drinks Conference offers delegates the ideal opportunity to learn more about the pressures and solutions facing the soft drinks industry and the chance to debate these issues with other industry leaders and experts.

The conference includes:

  • Full one day programme of speeches and presentations from all parts of the industry, with time set aside at the end of each session for panel discussions and interaction between speakers and delegates.
  • Evening drinks reception following the conference on Wednesday 28th May
  • Copies of all speeches and presentations (where permission is given) sent on CD a few days later

Who should attend?

The conference is aimed at senior executives connected with the international soft drinks industry. As well as delegates from soft drinks producers, the presentations and opportunities to network will be of interest to packaging companies, raw materials suppliers, label printers, equity analysts, consultancy practices and anyone with an interest in the international soft drinks market.
