Canadean’s analyst Sam Allen gives his expert opinion on the role of packaging in the Beer market across Europe. He focuses on the consumer journey of beer purchases, from the store, the transport home to consumption of the product and its ultimate disposal. Sam also argues that some of the more important features of Beer cans and their progression will be the use of haptics to ensure brands stand-out on the shelf, as the large number of SKU’s endangers some brands of fading into the background.
