UNESDA: This conference is being held in conjuction with the UNESDA annual meetings and General Assembly on Thursday 29th / Friday 30th May 2008.

How to Register: Please complete and submit the online registration form. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you along with details of how to book at the hotel.

Registration: 08:10-08:25 Wednesday 28th May 2008, in the foyer outside the conference room. Badges will be given out at registration. Badges are not sent out to delegates before the conference.

Timings & Dinner Reservations: All programme timings are approximate. After registration, the conference programme is expected to run from 8:30am to around 5:45pm, followed by a drinks reception from 6:30pm until 8:00pm. Delegates will then be free to have dinner at a restaurant of their choice. Please contact the hotel concierge for advice on restaurants or to make a dinner reservation.

Accommodation: Accommodation is NOT included within the conference price. Discounts have been negotiated with the Sheraton Lisboa Hotel. Upon receipt of your registration form, a hotel booking form and brochure will be sent to you so that you may book direct with the hotel.

Canadean has negotiated a special rate of €215 per room per night for single occupancy rooms and €245 per room per night for double occupancy rooms. However hotel rooms can only be guaranteed at this special rate up to 7th April. After this date rooms can be booked at this rate only if there is availability in the hotel. Please therefore book your accommodation at the hotel at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment.

Drinks Reception: Included in the event is a drinks reception on Wednesday 28th April from approx. 6.03pm until 8.00pm in the Panorama Bar at the top of the Sheraton Hotel.

Fees: The standard delegate fee is €900 (£620) per delegate. This fee includes conference documents and papers (subject to availability), lunch, tea and coffee breaks, and a drinks reception. Discounts are available for companies sending three or more delegates paying full price to the whole conference. NB: MULTIPLE DELEGATE DISCOUNTS WILL BE CREDITED UPON COMPLETION OF THE CONFERENCE.

3 delegates - 5% €855 (£589)
4 delegates - 7.5% €833 (£574)
5 delegates - 10% €810 (£558)
> 5 delegates - 12.5% €788 (£543)

An invoice or a receipt acknowledging your payment will be sent to you. CANADEAN COMPANY POLICY REQUIRES THAT FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN ADVANCE OF THE CONFERENCE AND ADMISSION WILL BE REFUSED IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

Cancellations and Substitutions: All bookings carry a cancellation charge liability immediately after a complete registration has been received. If cancellation has been received in writing by 8th May 2008 you will receive a refund less an administration charge of €110 ( £75) + VAT per delegate. No refund will be available after this date, but a substitute delegate will be very welcome at all times.

Please note: The organisers reserve the right to change the venue and/or speakers at any time without prior notice. They also reserve the right to cancel the event at their discretion, in which case all monies received will be refunded in full.
